Paula's consulting work includes research into the organisations’ functioning, mapping of strategic operations and making recommendations on systems leading to improvement in on-job effectiveness. Design and delivery of competency based programs (accredited & non accredited), together with assessment tools have formed part of the evaluation of these programs.
