Suzy is a Co-Founder of the Positive Psychology Institute, based in the Sydney CBD, offering applied positive psychology coaching, clinical and consulting services aimed at enhancing well-being. Suzy is currently sought after for her expertise in psychology particularly in regard to enhancing motivation and productivity in the workplace and developing and maintaining employee well-being and engagement. Suzy is also an Australian expert on applied positive psychology and provides consultancy, presentations and workshops to organisations on this topic.
Suzy is a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s Interest Group in Coaching Psychology and Member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS). She was a speaker at the First, Second and Third Australian Evidence-Based Coaching Conferences and the First Australian Positive Psychology Conference held at Sydney University in 2008. Suzy was a Keynote Speaker at the Inaugural APS Coaching Psychology Interest Group National Symposium in 2004.
Suzy has been the recipient of an International Positive Psychology fellowship award and attended the 2003 International Positive Psychology Summit, Washington, USA and presented in 2008 at the European Positive Psychology Conference on the effectiveness of workplace coaching. Suzy has completed many relevant publications and papers on Coaching Psychology.
Suzy provides Executive and Leadership Coaching to some of Australia’s leading companies including AMP, BAE, PwC, KPMG, Lion-Nathan, Rabobank and the Australian Federal Police.
