Consulting

ITC was engaged by Landcom (the NSW State owned Corporation for land development) To improve the quality and consistency of communication about Landcom’s corporate objectives and changing direction, across - as well as within - divisions.

ITC designed, developed and delivered a 3-phase Staff Engagement Program over 3 years, across all divisions and through all levels in the organisation.

An independent staff attitude survey in 2008 showed a significant change in the degree to which staff felt acknowledged and listened to, plus an improvement in understanding of the corporate plan and its relevance to their daily work”.

Are you struggling to justify expenditure for staff development programs or organisation change initiatives? The problem with slashing budgets in the current environment is the cuts might be too deep. When the recovery comes you may not have the capability to take advantage of improving market conditions.
