Hi-Flow Teaming©

Imagine belonging to a team where you experience work as a sense of effortless action, so focused on the task at hand that you lose track of time, wanting nothing more than to engage with your fellow teammates in a highly meaningful and creative play.

This is called “flow” – a state of deep focus that occurs when people engage in challenging tasks that demand intense concentration and commitment. Hi-Flow Teaming© occurs when each team member’s skill level is perfectly balanced to the level of challenge of a group task that has clear goals and provides immediate feedback. This is also the optimum state for creativity and goal achievement.

The Hi-Flow Teaming© program is a proven methodology for creating “flow” in team-based work through educating, engaging and guiding teams while real work is being done. Research shows that the typical “canned team activities and skill-building approaches” are no longer enough to build the conditions for real team collaboration. It’s time for a change.

“Peter (Webb) managed to tie the sessions together and kept the 'flow' going; contributing directly to a successful event. The audience feedback on Peter's content and presentation were both excellent.”
--- Robert Dugan, Program Chair, FPA National Convention 2003
